Here’s some favourites from a recent shoot with Little Tom.
Tom was certainly little when I first knew him many years ago and since then he has always affectionally been know as Little Tom. Anyhow his Mum brought him in for an update as he’s quite involved in acting and dancing. As you can see below we did a change of outfits as well as doing some outside in our garden studio. I was really pleased how these turned out and Little Tom certainly has lots of potential. Lets hope these images do the job for him.
Here’s some favourite images from an interesting shoot I did recently.
A local company called Lebaas, who specialise in Arabic and Islamic clothing, booked me to take some shots for their website and brochures. This was something different to the norm and interesting to do as the clothes were mainly jet black adorned with strong patterns and colours. This made it easier to light and process without having to worry about blown out highlights.
Anyhow here we have Katie who was a brilliant model and who made my job a lot easier. She actually lives in Dubai so is familiar with the garments and how best to pose in them. Katie also spends a lot of time here in the UK as well so if anyone is on the lookout for a great model then let me know.
Here’s some favourite images from a recent portfolio shoot I did for Laura. Like many she is keen to build up experience and a portfolio. As you can see here she did exceptionally well considering it was her first time in front of the camera. With her dark, sultry looks (Mum is from Rio after all ) and youth on her side I’m sure she has a very good chance. I’ll be watching her career closely from now on !
Below are some more favourites and please feel free to add any comments
Now the wedding season is slowing down I am back full swing into portraits and model portfolios.
Here’s some recent shots of a young aspiring model, Andre. Andre has the looks and has great eyes which I emphasised by shooting at a slightly higher angle. These shots were taken in the studio and also in our new outdoor set at the back of the building.
I’m often asked by parents if there are any decent modelling agencies I recommend. There are many con artists out there so you have to be really careful. Never pay money upfront. A decent agency will take their commission/income once they get you work. One really good agency who I would recommend is Elisabeth Smith who have been established many years.
